Novros built a world where color shapes space.
His fresco-like panels fuse painting and wall — structure rendered in hue.
In his world, pigment constructs silence.

Fresco is often understood as a technique applied to walls, binding image to architectural surface. In David Novros’ work, fresco logic operates as a structural condition. Color is not applied to a support; it establishes continuity between wall, plane, and interval so that painting functions as part of the built surface.
Panels extend across corners and openings. Edges do not frame images but register transitions between surfaces, allowing color to organize space rather than occupy it.
