His world refines the codes of 1990s modernism into a language of belonging, where silence no longer isolates but connects.

How does tailoring enforce discipline here?

Tailoring is traditionally regarded as a way to shape form; in Peter Do’s work, it functions structurally to enforce discipline through cut, proportion, and restraint.

Silhouettes are exact, details minimal, and structure leads the arrangement of fabric. Form is maintained through precise alignment and repeated measures, allowing the discipline of tailoring to register across the garment.
